With this app, Syringa customers will be able to view their network trouble tickets and receive
real time updates via push notifications about new tickets and ticket updates.
The trouble ticket displays supports sorting and filtering by value or date range so customers can quickly find what they are looking for. Additionally, customers will be able to view and create notes for a particular trouble.
